1. Do I need a Seller’s Permit to register?
Yes, Adora Wholesale is strictly for verified retailers. A valid Seller’s Permit or business license is required to register and place orders. We may request documentation during the approval process.

2. Do you sell to the public or retail customers?
No, we operate as a wholesale-only platform. We do not accept orders from retail consumers.

3. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and chosen shipping method.

4. What if an item I ordered is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable, we will ship the rest of your order and notify you. You may request a partial shipment or wait for the full order to be completed.

5. Can I return or exchange items?
All sales are final and not eligible for a refund. In certain cases, merchandise exchanges or store credit may be offered if requested within 7 days and the items are unopened and sealed. A 10%–20% restocking fee may apply depending on the condition and timing of the return. No returns are accepted after 15 days. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

6. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. VAT, customs duties, and additional fees will be calculated and billed accordingly.

7. How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

8. How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping and handling charges are not calculated at checkout. After confirming inventory, we calculate the actual shipping cost and notify you before your order is shipped.

9. What if my package is damaged?
Damage claims must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the merchandise. Returned items must be in their original packaging with all parts included to be eligible for credit or exchange.
