We strive to process and ship your wholesale orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Billing Information:

• Orders must be prepaid by credit card or approved payment method.
• Your card will be charged when the order is ready to ship.
• A $25.00 fee applies to all returned checks.

Shipping Information:

• All orders are shipped from our Vernon, CA warehouse.
• Unless specified otherwise, orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
• We offer standard ground shipping via UPS, FedEx, or a preferred carrier of your choice.
• Processing time is typically 1–2 business days, depending on order volume.
• Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Important Notes:
Shipping delays may occur during holidays or due to high order volume.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional charges due to incorrect addresses or refused packages will be billed to the customer.
